This book is easy to understand but the content could be
life changing for many. A lot of the content I have already
put into practice in my life after going through so many
traumas but I am going to read it often as at times I still
slip back into the old ways of living in the past or the
future which doesn't help me at all. On the first day of
next year I will be 66 years old and I always thought I
would get wiser as I got older but that isn't the case.
We all need help at whatever age and Al's book was just
what I needed at this point in my life.
